MPE茂金属聚乙烯是一种新颖热塑性塑料,MPE茂金属催化剂具有优异的催化共聚能力,它能使大多数共聚体与乙烯共聚,并且能够使极性单体催化聚合,而使用传统催化剂很难实现;在环烯聚合方面,传统催化剂只能开环聚合,而用茂金属催化剂能双键加成聚合。MPE在保持优异的薄膜性能的同时,强化薄膜的挤出加工性能

Enable埃克森美孚ExxonMobi茂金属聚乙烯MPE应用

mPE提供的多样性能够适用于广泛的软包装薄膜应用,包括:(1)瓶装水、饮料、罐装商品、洗手液、清洁剂、保健品以及护肤品所用的收缩包装薄膜;(2)大宗货物的托盘包装;(3)多层手工流涎缠绕包装薄膜;(4)农用温室大棚膜;(5)中型及重型包装袋;以及各种用于食品、非食品的复合软包装薄膜。mPE薄膜品级具有较低的熔点和明显的熔区,并且在韧性、透明度、热粘性、热封温度、低气味方面等明显优于传统聚乙烯,可用于生产重包装袋、金属垃圾箱内衬、食品包装、拉伸薄膜等。mPE将薄膜加工性能与高α烯烃的优良物理性能结合在一起,适用于一系列软包装薄膜应用,包括:收缩包装薄膜、托盘收缩包装薄膜、手工流涎缠绕包装膜、农用温室大棚膜、中型及重型包装袋以及复合包装薄膜等。
