轮胎粉
我公司生产的轮胎粉是由大型破胶机6组、磨粉机12台生产。生产机器温度可控冰水冷却，使橡胶粉在生产过程中的有效成分不会丧失，生产的橡胶制品指标优良、光洁度好；研磨式胶粉：细度有保证；有规则运动：可以有效打顺橡胶粉，使其不结块。其主要成份天然硫化胶和丁苯化胶。
实际应用中这种纯胎面胶要比杂胶的摩擦系数与磨损都将提高10%，而且生产的刹车片弹性要好，能有效降低制品硬度，利于减少制动噪音，更由于轮胎粉价格比其他各种有机填料便宜，因而长期为摩擦材料企业广泛使用。
