4 工艺原理

钢边氯丁橡胶止水带在大型蓄水池结构变形缝或引发缝起止水、隔水作用。施工时通过模板的夹持与定位钢筋的协同作用,保证钢边氯丁橡胶止水带处于设计的位置。底板中与池壁中的钢边氯丁橡胶止水带应连接成一个整体,接头处钢板间采用铆钉连接,橡胶采用热熔连接的方式。施工中被钢边氯丁橡胶止水带分隔开的区块必须错开施工,如先施工A区块,则与之相邻的B区块必须待A区块混凝土成型后方可进行(如图4.1示)。整体成型后,池内外的水**被钢边氯丁橡胶止水带相互阻隔开来
