    PPA由于高温和高湿环境下仍能保持强度和硬度,可在传统的尼龙和聚酯所无法随的就用中替换金属

     

    PPA塑料还具有优越的表面光泽性。可以对其进行着色而避免了表面喷涂,从而有助于降低表面划痕和刮痕的明显程度。

     

    PPA塑料还具有良好的可加工性,并允许短的注塑循环时间

    PPA具有比PA46更好的耐化学性;

    GreenLine 提供了一系列特殊特性,从非常柔韧到极端刚硬,从高耐热性或耐水解性到完全透明。

     

    EMS-GRIVORY 所开发的 GreenLine 主要目标是向客户提供由可再生原料制成的产品,这些产品拥有卓越的特性,并且已证明在生产制程中能够减轻对环境的影响。从技术角度来看,GreenLine 产品在原油聚酰胺中是首屈一指的。

     

    从“从摇篮到大门”的角度来看,GreenLine 产品使用通过化学制程从可再生原料蓖麻油中获得的单体,因此环境影响较之原油聚酰胺大为改进。在聚酰胺及其前体的整个生产制程中,破坏气候的气体总排放量可减少高达 3/4(因产品而异)。

     

    尽管 GreenLine 产品使用可再生原料,但是他们并不是可生物降解的聚合物。他们的耐久性可与原油聚酰胺相媲美。
