瓶盖设计：
采用先进的2D&3D软件。这些软件不仅可以用做瓶盖设计还可以设计其他更为复杂的塑料制品。经验丰富的设计人员加上先进的设计工具使MG有能力将您的瓶盖设计理念转化为现实，满足您对成品的要求。
热流道系统：
瓶盖注塑模具采用导热性能优越的热流道系统。导热快速，在瓶盖的制造过程中能够快速升温，达到理想的加热效果。在热流道瓶盖注塑模具的每个模腔内都有一个微型的喷嘴，保证了较大的注塑流量，较小的瓶盖连接点，良好的导热性能。
钢材及加工工具：
瓶盖注塑模具选用上好的钢材制作而成。为了满足不同的加工要求，也会选用不同的模具钢材分别制作型芯，模腔，导柱，框架等。高硬度，良好的加工性能是以上钢材的优点。CNC加工中心，高精度坐标镗床，高压EDM成型机保证了**的加工及高质量的成品。这些设备的主要特点**是加工**，快速。
质量监控：

5.Closure mould has independent condensation system in each mold cavity and mould core. Mold cavity is replaceable, so that the label atop can be changed.
