分段组装式，斜坡下来的胶片在挂链架上一档一档储存挂起，使胶片冷却干燥。全封闭一侧装有冷却用轴流风机，风机垂直面或倾斜3°-5°在一侧吹风，快速把胶片上的隔离剂吹干。另一侧装有排气通风口两端各装有一个检查门，箱内装有照明，受检查门控制开关，箱底（链板上侧）铺有活动地板，便于维修。
