2020 6月，获两项上海市技术成果转化项目；7月，微谱武汉基地、上海宝山基地开业，正式进入食品农产品检测及审核领域；8月，获得上海市工作示范单位立项；月，再次被认定为中小企业公共服务示范平台；12月，微谱北京子公司开业，正式进入认证领域。
2019 6-11月，微谱成都基地、济南基地开业，完成全国重要区域服务网络布局；7月，宁波分公司成立；10月，微谱与中国商飞上海飞机制造有限公司建立民用飞机化工材料检测分析与研发联合实验室；12月，微谱与广州地化所共同建立分析联合实验室。
2018 5月，微谱青岛分公司正式营业，服务范围延伸至北方大区；9月，微谱苏州新基地开业，实验室开始异地化布局，开启集团在苏州发展的新篇章。
2016 6月，上海市工作试点企业立项；8月，被认定为上海市院士专家工作站；9月，获得上海市科技小巨人企业立项；12月，微谱苏州子公司成立，正式进入环境检测技术服务领域。
2015 12月，微谱总部新办公楼落成入住，同年微谱销售额破亿，迎来微谱发展新纪元。
2014 2月，正式成立生物医药事业部，进入生物医药分析检测；10月，成立化妆品和消毒产品事业部，进入化妆品和消毒产品检测。
2013 8月，石油和化工中小企业公共服务示范平台；9月，技术企业；12月，中小企业公共服务示范平台。
2012 7月，获得部门颁发的计量资质；11月，广州分公司正式成立；12月，全年公司业务额达到1000万元。
2010 12月，正式注册并更名为“上海微谱化工检测技术有限公司”，未知物成分分析，并在业内提出“微谱分析”的概念。
2008 3月，上海微谱分析测试中心在同济科技园内成立，主营分析测试，技术开发等业务。
