CFR连续式塑料软瓶充填封口机
供应 塑料软管充填封口机、棒棒冰自动灌装封口机，该机型适用于棒棒冰或软瓶包装容器的充填、封口。可广泛应用于果冻、果汁、奶制品等食品行业。本机实现了自动上瓶、无瓶不充填、料液自动回收、机械式可调压力封口功能。负压充填速度快，无气泡。整机无气动元件。
工艺流程：自动上瓶→负压充填→挤料→瓶口清洗→加热→机械式封口→退瓶。
主机变频调速。气动、电器元件选用国内外知名品牌。
CFR ContinuousPlastic Soft Bottle Filling And Sealing Machine
The machine is suitable to do the filling and sealing of lolly tube or soft bottle.It is widely used in the foods line,such as:jelly、fruit juice.milk.,etc.The machine has the fuction of the auto bottle-putting、no filling without bottles、auto recycle for material-liquid、mechanical type sealing for pressure-adjusting.Filling speed for negative pressure is fast,without air bubble.There is no pneumatic components on the machine.
