采用工程塑料阻燃ABS，表面光滑，使光纤自然平铺，走线规则有序；
采用封闭式槽道，重量轻，具有较高的冲击韧性和良好的机械性能，保护光纤不受损伤；
出口位置灵活，能满足各种地方出纤的需要，出纤口波纹管保护光纤；
三通、四通接头，及各种弯头，满足各种走线需求，灵活配置；
标准化模块设计，安装方便，结构紧凑，槽道连接可靠，可以上固定，也可下固定；
走线架和走线槽道整体设计，布局合理，外形统一，美观整齐；
采用特别严格加工工艺，色差控制在&E<2、&L<1、&A<1、&B<1，一眼看见的是几乎没有色差的黄色光纤槽道。



Closed raceway protects optical fiber，made in anti-flaming engineering plastic with light weight, high impact toughness and good mechanical properties. It can be mounted easily with T joint, cross joint, various elbows, flexible exit and corrugated pipe, etc.

4 光纤槽道色泽均匀，表面平整、光滑、洁净、无飞边、暗泡、收缩、凹陷或机械损伤等缺陷；

5 光纤槽道在恒定温热试验前、后，其内外表面之间能承受交流4200V（方根值）工频正弦波电压持续1min的介电性能试验。试验后绝缘电阻不小于20MΩ；

6 光纤槽道能承受低温试验。试验后，试样不产生裂痕或脆断；

7 光纤槽道能承受规定条件下的老化、冲击试验。试验后，试样不产生裂纹或脆断；

8 塑料件燃烧性能：Plastic combustion performance
⑴ 注塑件、挤出件制品燃烧性能符合等级：GB/T2048-1996中FV-0级；
Plastic injector, extruder products combustion performance accords with level FV-0 of GB/T2048-1996.
⑵ 波纹软管制品燃烧性能符合等级：GB/T2048-1996中FV-2级。
