含硼聚乙烯板采用热压成型工艺,制备用于中子的碳化硼/高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)复合材料,含硼板将碳化硼粉搅拌在高分子聚乙烯材料当中通过高速搅拌、捏合、塑化、热压而成的，是一种新型的复合材料。具有良好的工程性能、尺寸稳定性好，具有较满意的耐γ辐射性能，使用温度为80~100℃，**热中子、快中子和γ辐射性能明显 聚乙烯，研究表明含硼防辐射聚乙烯板能够有效的防止核辐射及中子辐射给个人及社会造成的危害。
