POF热收缩吹膜机组生产线塑料挤出采用多层共挤（五层挤出、三层挤出）形式，通过下吹自动检测膜管，定径水环后再二次吹涨。加热炉采用进口红外线陶瓷片加热，控温系统采用比例控制形式，自动检测环境温度，调节加热控温比例，达到加热速度快、控温精度高的特点。整机采用电脑控制，双触摸屏操作方便，可在线提速，减少转换规格、重新吹泡的浪费，大幅度提高成品率，配备在线测厚仪，提高产品厚薄精度。
