    PA46特性

     

            

            1.PA46是一种多用途,玻璃增强,符合UL VO规定的的阻燃型UL级材料。        

        

            2.具有易加工性和卓越的流动性能        

        

            3.具有卓越的抗拉强度,良好的绝热性能        

        

            4.阻燃 ; 可电镀 ; 经热稳处理的;耐热的        

        

            5.高刚度保持性能,同时表现出良好的高温抗蠕变性。        

        

            6.刚度和蠕变模量由于相同玻璃增强程度的 PPS,PEI和PES        

        

            7.它可以用于薄壁部分达到 0.1毫米的零件而没有飞边。        

    

     

    一.PA46在电器中的应用
     Stanyl用于日用品、厨房用具、小电器、家用电器、电动工具和花园器具,比其它塑料材料更具优势。
在厨房中,金属或木制的器具正逐渐被塑料制品所取代,因为塑料的设计自由度更大,还有一点是由于对细菌的考虑。如果使用温度不是很高,则可以使用PA66产品。如果是在热油中则不能使用PA66产品。Stanyl在280℃以下的温度中不会出现变形,而且Stanyl的TE品级制品符合多数欧洲国家对食品用品的要求。
电水壶和电炉以恒温开关控制安全,在使用过程中,复合钢材周围的温度可能会超过275℃。Stanyl的热变形温度,以及无,毛刺和良好的韧性(对于卡式接头)等都比用PPS更好。
二.Stanyl 在齿轮、轴承和轴承罩的应用
     Stanyl的高结晶度和良好的晶状结构使它比其它多数工程塑胶和耐热塑料具有更佳的抗疲劳强度。Stanyl的抗疲劳强度优于PPA、PPS和PA66。而对于齿轮、拉链器来说,抗疲劳强度很重要。
     Stanyl还有极好的耐磨性,大多数情况下耐磨性能优于其它许多工程塑料。
     对Stanyl,PA66和POM的耐磨性进行了比较。虽然这些材料的典型产品的摩擦系数很相似,但Stanyl比它们要好许多。这主要是由于Stanyl的PV额定值较高,从而允许对Stanyl施加高压或高速。
     改性Stanyl有更好的耐磨性,有非增强型和玻纤增强型两种。Stanyl表面光滑坚固,加之在高温下的刚性使其成为滑动部件的理想材料。这些滑动制件包括,阀提升杆、拉链器等和止推垫圈。
