一、两板模：(1)手动脱模A：夹取料头(成品与料头连在一起，机械手取出后再人工分离成品与料头)。B：吸取或抱取成品(成品与料头连在一起，用机械手吸取或抱取成品)。C：夹取料头，吸取或抱取成品(成品与料头在射出机顶出时，成品与料头已分开，用机械手取出后，可分别置放料头和成品于不同处。(2)自动脱模A：夹取料头，分离料头(夹取料头，让成品自动脱落分离成品与料头)。B：分离不同状况的成品(夹取料头，吸取或抱取成品分离成品与料头)。C：吸或抱取成品分离成品(吸或抱取成品，让料头自动脱落分离成品与料头)。二、三板模：(1)成品、料头均不能自动脱落A：成品臂吸取或抱取成品，料头臂夹取料头。用机械手使成品与料头分离(双臂机械手)。B：料头臂夹取料头，成品臂扫落成品让其达成自动脱模方式，分离成品与料头。(2)成品可自动脱落，料头不可自动脱落A：夹取料头，成品自动脱落，分离成品与料头(单臂机械手)。B：成品臂吸取或抱取成品，料头臂夹取料头，用机械手分离成品与料头(双臂机械手)。
